RESERVATION POLICIES:

100% of the first night only will be charged on the day of the booking. The first night is not refundable.
A conversion from USD to TTD will be made on the day of payment.
12.50% VAT, 10% Hotel tax and 10% service charge are included in the rate. No surprises.

Up to two children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If canceled or modified up to 7 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancel later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

CHECK-IN / -OUT:

Check in time: 3.00 pm / Check out time: 11.00 am
If you are checking in later than 8pm, please let us know.
In case of early check in or late check out we charge 75 TTD per hour.

If arriving with extra people not in the reservation we will charge an additional 100 USD per person.  Maximum occupancy per cottage is still 3 for a standard cottage and 4 for a family cottage.

MEALS:

Continental Breakfast is included.
The restaurant is open daily.
