From the Garden

Reflecting our goal to minimise our environmental footprint and to benefit local farmers and fishermen, this menu consists of ingredients grown and caught in the village itself, some right here on the premises. Ingredients might vary over the year as the seasons change. 

Our Chef has mastered the kitchen and pulled together a first-class menu with a handful of local favourites enhanced by Acajou’s international influences.

 

Kitchen hours:

Breakfast 7:30 –  10:00

Lunch 12:30 – 14:00
