Reflecting our own mix of Sweden and Trinidad, ACAJOU's menu is a lovingly created marriage between local and continental influences.

Swedish Chef, Petter Sjöström, has mastered the kitchen and pulled together a first-class menu. With the help of our very own Margaret, he has thrown in a handful of local favourites he fell in love with while visiting our little piece of paradise.

At Acajou we do our best to provide the restaurant with locally grown vegetables and fruits, either from our own garden (picture) or from the local farmers. Or why don't you catch your own dinner - if you bring back your catch after a deep sea fishing tour, our kitchen will prepare it for you at the end of the day.

If you can't find anything to your liking, our flexible kitchen staff can prepare almost anything you wish. Just let us know your special requests a few days prior to arrival.
